Tobias Milchereit is a Director at MarshBerry. MarshBerry is a leading M&A advisor and investment bank in insurance distribution. Tobias serves on the firm’s Financial Advisory team. He manages sell-side transactions, capital raises, and due diligence. He also leads strategic planning, acquisition analysis, and perpetuation planning. Over his tenure, he has advised on several large insurance brokerage deals. Before MarshBerry, Tobias worked in transaction advisory at KPMG. He was a Manager in KPMG’s US transaction advisory group, focused on the insurance industry. He served both corporate and private equity clients. Earlier, he held transaction services and corporate finance roles in Germany. That path gave him an international view of deals across the US and Europe. He also spent time as an entrepreneur.
