Sharon Rodriguez is the Founder and CEO of NevadoAI. She launched the company in 2025 to build AI solutions for enterprises. She is also a Venture Partner at 1843 Capital, where she invests in early-stage technology companies. Her career spans insurtech, AI, and enterprise software leadership. Sharon Rodriguez spoke at the 2025 InsurTech Spring Conference on the panel “Making Financial Planners your Ally,” moderated by Jason Gross, alongside Larry Krasner, Bill Cohen, and Michael Konialian.
Before NevadoAI, Sharon served as Chief Executive Officer of High Peak AI. She led the company for two years. She was speaking as its CEO at the 2025 conference.
Sharon was a founding team member at Unqork, the no-code enterprise platform. She served as its Chief Customer Officer for more than four years. In that role she built and led the customer organization as the company scaled. She later served as an Executive Advisor to the company. Unqork became one of the most prominent no-code platforms in insurance and financial services.
Sharon has also served on the board of Keen Insurance Services, which was acquired by Connie Health. Through 1843 Capital, her investments span cybersecurity, healthcare, and mobility. This gives her a broad view of technology across regulated industries.
Sharon earned an MBA from The Wharton School, with a dual concentration in Finance and Healthcare Management. She also holds a BS in Biology from Eckerd College.
