Sandeep Haridas is the Executive Vice President, Insurance Business Head, and Chief Strategy Officer at IntellectAI. IntellectAI serves insurance carriers, MGAs, and wholesalers. Its platform delivers advanced underwriting tools and AI-powered workflows. Sandeep works with senior executives to align digital strategy with profitability goals. He brings nearly two decades of experience in technology, underwriting strategy, and P&C insurance. Sandeep Haridas delivered a TED-style talk at the 2024 InsurTech Spring Conference, titled “AI-Powered Workflows.”
Before IntellectAI, Sandeep spent more than 15 years at Liberty Mutual Insurance. He most recently served as Vice President and Senior Manager of Digital Transformation. There he drove digital change for Global Risk Solutions North America. Earlier, he was Vice President and Manager of Underwriting Strategy and Excellence.
Sandeep’s Liberty Mutual career spanned technology and underwriting. He began as a principal software developer building commercial insurance systems. He later managed business systems projects and document management strategy. He then moved into underwriting leadership, serving as Director of Public Entity Product and Underwriting. He also completed the company’s corporate development program, a fast-track senior management rotation.
Sandeep bridges business needs and technology. His expertise spans underwriting digital enablement, product development, and distribution strategy. He earned an MBA in Finance from the UNH Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics. He also holds an MS in Computer Science from Boston University and a BE in Electronics and Telecommunication from the University of Mumbai.
Sandeep is a returning InsurTech NY speaker. He also joins the 2026 panel “Distribution Beyond the Submission,” moderated by Heather Turner, alongside Garrett Koehn, Raj Kalahasthi, and Pilar R. Lorenzo.
