Patrick Gallic

Patrick Gallic is the Head of the International AI Hub at Tokio Marine Group. Tokio Marine is one of the largest insurance groups in the world. Patrick works across its global insurance businesses to accelerate practical, governed AI adoption. His role sits at the intersection of strategy, transformation, governance, and execution. He helps move AI beyond experimentation and into scalable business capability. Patrick Gallic spoke at the 2024 InsurTech Spring Conference on the panel “Using AI to Improve Workflows,” moderated by Jason Gross, alongside Manu Mazumdar, Jasper Li, Chris Schrenk, and Charanjit Saggu.

Patrick has spent more than five years at Tokio Marine HCC. Before leading the AI Hub, he served as Head of Emerging Markets. There he explored new markets and created innovative products in cyber and professional lines. Earlier, he was Vice President of Business Innovation for the company.

Before Tokio Marine, Patrick worked as a Product Manager at Verizon. He also spent nearly six years at AIG. There he served as Vice President and Head of Analytics and Reporting. He also led strategy work in work planning and productivity management. Earlier in his career, he was an international program manager at Catholic Relief Services.

Patrick earned an MA in International Political Economy and Development from Fordham University. He also holds a BA in Business Management Information Systems from Seton Hall University.

Patrick is a returning InsurTech NY speaker. He also joins the 2026 panel “New AI Tech Stack,” moderated by Kaenan Hertz, alongside Tanner Hackett, Hillik Nissani, and David Zweier.
