Bryan Davis is President and CEO of VIU by HUB, a digital insurance brokerage backed by HUB International. At VIU by HUB, Bryan leads a modern, omnichannel brokerage platform for personal and small commercial lines. He owns the vision, strategy, and P&L for the business. He works to build a 21st-century digital brokerage focused on protecting customers. Bryan spoke at our 2023 InsurTech Spring Conference on “How to Sell to Millennials and Gen Z,” alongside Paul Tyler, Jared Rieger, and Steve Robinson.
Bryan Davis brings more than two decades of experience across property and casualty insurance and financial services. Before HUB, Bryan served as Vice President and Senior Strategy and Planning Officer for P&C at USAA. There, he reported to the President of Property & Casualty and led strategy and planning work. Earlier, he was a Divisional Vice President at Nationwide Financial, leading a team focused on retirement and investment planning.
Bryan also held senior roles across Nationwide’s insurance business. He served as Chief of Staff to the CEO of Nationwide Insurance, executing enterprise strategic initiatives. He also led operations as an Associate Vice President and managed product and pricing across auto, home, and commercial lines. Those roles built his expertise in product management, pricing, operations, and strategy.
Bryan Davis holds a Bachelor’s degree from Wofford College and an MBA in Marketing from the University of Phoenix. He is also a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) and a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU). For an insurtech audience, Bryan brings a digital brokerage leader’s perspective on omnichannel distribution, personal and small commercial lines, product and pricing, and modernizing the insurance customer experience.
