Sri Ramaswamy is the Founder and CEO of Charlee.ai. Charlee.ai is a risk intelligence platform for the insurance industry. It turns unstructured claims language into actionable risk signals. The platform is trained on more than 60 million claims. It uses a patented, pre-trained claims language model to add context to its predictions. Sri has more than 22 years of experience in advanced analytics and artificial intelligence. Sri Ramaswamy spoke at the 2023 InsurTech Spring Conference on the panel “Using AI in Claims Management,” alongside Dan Dubiner, Tanner Hackett, and Dan Abrahamsen.

Charlee.ai helps insurers lower claim costs and manage reserves more efficiently. It supports litigation prediction, fraud detection, and better risk selection. Sri leads the company’s AI strategy, product, research, and go-to-market. Her work spans domain-specific language models, retrieval-augmented generation, and agentic AI systems. She is a patented inventor with four issued patents. She partners with carriers, TPAs, MGAs, and self-insured enterprises.

Before founding Charlee.ai, Sri worked as an Insurance Industry Solutions Architect at Progress Software. Earlier, she was a business intelligence architect and analyst at ICW Group. There she led large claims data conversion and reporting projects. She began her career in analytics and CRM roles in Australia and India.
