Scott Knowles is the CEO and Co-Founder of Deep Vector. Deep Vector builds technology that streamlines insurance workflows. Its products include Loss Scan, a tool for processing loss run data. Scott’s mission is to save insurance professionals time and improve accuracy. He wants to give agents and brokers better tools to grow their business. Scott Knowles spoke at the 2025 InsurTech Spring Conference on the panel “Bringing Tech to the Agent Channel,” moderated by Ryan Hanley, alongside Garrett Droege, Max Kane, and Josh Curry.
Scott is a repeat insurance technology founder. He previously served as CEO of Modgic for more than a decade. He co-founded that company and later built Loss Scan. His focus has consistently been on automating the manual work that slows agencies down.
Scott also brings product experience from a major insurance software provider. He served as Principal Product Manager at Zywave. Earlier in his career, he worked as an Insurance Consultant Executive at Ally. He also served as a Director of Operations at CWI Insurance. That mix gives him both a carrier-side and an agency-side view.
