Rob Kreager is a Partner and the Accident, Health, and Life Leader at Lockton Re. Lockton Re is the reinsurance arm of Lockton, the world’s largest independent insurance broker. Rob leads the firm’s accident, health, and life reinsurance business. He brings deep experience in reinsurance broking and business development. His career spans some of the largest names in insurance and reinsurance. Rob Kreager spoke at the 2023 InsurTech Spring Conference on the panel “Path to 100% Underwriting without Doctor Visits,” alongside Paul Tyler, Chris Hessenius, and Hanna Wu.
Before Lockton Re, Rob spent more than four years at Aon. He served as Managing Director and Co-Leader of the Accident, Health, and Life Global Client Practice. There he drove growth for the accident, health, and life reinsurance business.
Earlier, Rob spent more than three years at Marsh & McLennan Companies. He worked in the Marsh ClearSight business, then led business development for the Healthcare and Life Specialty Practice at Guy Carpenter. He also held business development roles at Willis and USI Insurance Services. That path built deep expertise across broking and employee benefits.
Rob earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Connecticut, where he played ACHA Division II hockey.
