Mladen Subasic is the Chief Product Officer at Bound AI. He works to align innovative insurtech visions with real, evolving business needs. He leads software, service, and product development. His focus is product strategy and growth for insurance technology. He brings deep experience across underwriting support and insurance operations. Mladen also serves as Chief Product Officer at OIP Insurtech. OIP is an American-owned knowledge process outsourcing company. It is headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona, with a processing center in Belgrade, Serbia. It provides underwriting support services for excess and surplus lines carriers and MGAs. Mladen has spent more than 11 years with the company.
Mladen built his career at OIP through a series of product roles. He joined as an IT Project Manager. He rose to Head of Product and Innovation, then VP, and now Chief Product Officer. That path gave him a deep view of underwriting operations and technology.
Mladen holds a Product Management certificate from Cornell University. He also earned a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Belgrade. He is currently a PhD candidate there, researching trustworthy and credible AI.
