Ana Mahony is the Founder and CEO of Addition Wealth, a fintech company on a mission to make personalized financial expertise accessible to every employee. Under her leadership, Addition provides holistic financial guidance—ranging from equity compensation to home buying—through a user-friendly digital platform tailored to individual employee needs. The company has been recognized by UBS and Business Insider for its innovation in financial wellness and inclusion.
Prior to founding Addition, Ana led U.S. city operations for Uber Eats, where she played a pivotal role in scaling the business across complex urban markets. She brings a rich background in finance and public service, having held roles as a private equity associate at Brysam Global Partners, VP of digital marketing at Citi, and special advisor at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau as part of the Harvard Leadership Fellows program. Ana began her career in M&A advisory at JPMorgan.
