Adi Sivaraman is an experienced venture and growth equity investor focused on scaling technology-driven businesses across insurance, financial services, healthtech, and enterprise software. He is currently a Principal at Architect Capital, where he helps structure flexible capital solutions to support the next generation of high-growth startups.
Prior to Architect, Adi was a founding team member and Principal at PruVen Capital, a $300M multi-stage fund backed by Prudential Financial. There, he led investments across verticals including InsurTech and fintech, helping bridge the gap between institutional capital and disruptive innovation. He also previously held investment roles at Balyasny Asset Management and strategic finance leadership at Honor, a digital health platform.
Adi’s background spans both early-stage venture and institutional investing, making him a valuable voice in conversations around capital strategy, startup growth, and the evolving role of insurers in innovation ecosystems.
