Anand Logani is the Executive Vice President and Chief Digital Officer at EXL, where he leads the company’s global digital strategy and execution. With more than two decades at EXL, Anand has played a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s approach to leveraging data, analytics, AI, and cloud technologies to deliver meaningful business outcomes across industries. In his current role, he spearheads the development and deployment of digital solutions that enhance customer experiences, optimize operations, and drive measurable value for clients.
Anand brings deep expertise in transforming data into actionable insights and embedding intelligence into core business processes. Prior to becoming Chief Digital Officer, he served as the Global Head of EXL’s Life & Annuity Insurance business, managing a $250 million P&L and overseeing strategy, growth, and client delivery across a complex portfolio. Earlier roles at EXL included leadership in client management, product development, and operating model transformation for large global insurers.
His career is marked by a relentless focus on innovation, scale, and client-centric execution. Anand’s experience spans multiple geographies, including the U.S. and U.K., and he has led initiatives ranging from outcome-based insurance servicing models to multimillion-dollar business transformation programs.
