Kendall Miller Crocker is a startup operator, advisor, and former venture capital partner. She partners with early-stage founders on go-to-market strategy, partnerships, and execution. She runs a fractional COO practice through Sliced Bread Ventures. She brings more than 15 years of experience scaling startups from seed through Series C. She has worked across fintech, insurtech, digital health, and proptech. Kendall Miller Crocker spoke at the 2023 InsurTech Spring Conference on the panel “Leveraging Third Party Data to Improve Health and Wellness,” alongside Dominique Roudaut, Jordan Wright, and Vishal Jain.
At the time of her InsurTech NY appearance, Kendall was a Partner at SCOR Ventures. SCOR Ventures is the early-stage fund of the reinsurer SCOR. She led deals across six countries in fintech, insurtech, and digital health. She served as a board member in three countries, working directly with founders.
Before SCOR Ventures, Kendall was VP of Operations at TheGuarantors. TheGuarantors is a proptech company offering financial products for housing. She helped scale the company and co-led its $50 million Series C. She also sourced and managed strategic partnerships and insurance capacity.
Kendall began her career in strategy consulting. She spent eight years solving strategic questions for global organizations. She earned an MBA from Columbia Business School. She also holds a BS in Finance from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
