Roseanne Laudisio

Roseanne Laudisio is the Chief Information Officer at NIP Group. NIP Group is a commercial insurance organization spanning national programs, healthcare, and joint insurance funds. Roseanne was recruited by the CEO to modernize the company’s technology. She aligns technology investments with business strategy and builds scalable foundations for growth. She is a technology executive with deep experience in P&C insurance. Roseanne Laudisio spoke at the 2024 InsurTech Spring Conference on the panel “Innovating during Core System Upgrades,” moderated by Jason Gross, alongside James Benham, Basil Morris, and Kaenan Hertz.

Before NIP Group, Roseanne was Vice President of IT Strategy and Applications at Argo Group. She was recruited by the CIO to bring discipline to a fragmented technology environment. She led a team of more than 150 people across applications and vendors. She provided stability through executive turnover, acquisitions, and the company’s sale process.

Roseanne spent more than seven years at Arch Insurance Group. She rose to Vice President of Production Systems. There she built a reputation for fixing underperforming technology environments. She established governance and delivery discipline across autonomous specialty insurance units. She also helped operationalize advanced pricing and risk selection capabilities.

Roseanne believes technology teams create the most value as business partners. Her focus is data-driven decisions, operational discipline, and pragmatic execution. Her areas of expertise include technology strategy, cloud modernization, AI, and cybersecurity.

Roseanne earned an MBA from the Frank G. Zarb School of Business at Hofstra University, graduating with a 4.0. She also holds a BA in Mathematics from SUNY Potsdam, where she graduated Cum Laude.
