Kristie Galvani is Chief Operating Officer at Caliber Corporate Advisers, where she leads strategic, organizational, and operational functions for a fast‑growing marketing and communications agency focused on financial services, fintech, insurtech, and proptech industries. In her role as COO, Kristie oversees recruitment, staffing, learning and development, and internal operations that support Caliber’s mission of delivering exceptional client results and advancing the agency’s culture of innovation and excellence.

Kristie has more than 20 years of experience in corporate communications, client relations, brand messaging, and media relations. Before being appointed COO, she served as a Managing Director at Caliber, where she provided strategic counsel and direction to client and account teams to ensure impactful outcomes and measurable results. Her work also includes leading internal programs that foster professional growth and strengthen team capabilities, such as Caliber’s College of Public Relations (CCPR)—a comprehensive learning initiative designed to enhance client service and communications expertise.

Prior to joining Caliber in 2021, Kristie was Executive Vice President at Rubenstein Public Relations, where she worked closely with firm leadership to drive growth and lead corporate communications efforts across financial services, technology, professional services, and fintech sectors. She also held senior executive roles at boutique PR agencies, giving her a broad foundation in client strategy, operations, and leadership.

Kristie holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from York College of Pennsylvania and has been recognized across the industry for her leadership and mentorship, including honors such as the Distinguished Recent Graduate Award, a “40 Under 40” distinction from Long Island Business News, and recognition for mentorship at the Top Women Awards presented by PRNEWS.
