Nicole Perrault is the Senior Vice President and Head of Property at Vantage Risk. Vantage Risk is a young, well-capitalized insurance and reinsurance carrier. Nicole builds the company’s long-term property proposition. She also supports programs and ceded reinsurance across all lines of business. She has deep expertise in underwriting, risk management, capital planning, and pricing. Nicole Perrault spoke at the 2025 InsurTech Spring Conference on the panel “Leveraging MGAs for R&D,” alongside Tarun Chopra, Josh Bjorkman, Richard James, and Nick Scott.
Nicole has built insurance teams and products across startups and larger carriers. Before Vantage, she was Head of Product and Propositions at iptiQ by Swiss Re. There she led digital insurance products across all lines and distribution in the US. Earlier, she was Head of Actuarial and Risk Management at Hippo Insurance.
Nicole spent eight years at Narragansett Bay Insurance Company. She served as Senior Vice President of Risk Management. She began her career at OneBeacon Insurance, working across actuarial, risk management, and underwriting. That foundation shaped her analytical approach to building products.
Nicole holds a degree in Mathematics and Economics from the University of Massachusetts. She is passionate about bringing innovation to inefficient but important markets, such as specialty property risks.
