Taruja Deshmukh has spent more than a decade at Conner Strong & Buckelew. She began as an Account Analyst and steadily advanced. She moved through Account Manager and Senior Account Manager roles. She then became an Associate Account Executive and later an Account Executive. Along the way, she took on the InsurTech Solutions Manager role.
Taruja began her insurance career with internships at Marsh and Travelers. These early roles gave her a broad view of risk and insurance. Today her expertise spans commercial insurance, risk management, and insurtech. She focuses on connecting client needs with the right technology solutions.
Taruja holds a BBA in Risk Management and Insurance and International Business Administration from Temple University. She was a member of Gamma Iota Sigma, the insurance industry fraternity.
