Stephen Goldstein is the Founder and Managing Principal of Tetra G. Tetra G is a collaborative of experienced insurance, wealth, and insurtech operators. The firm advises on strategy, growth, capital, and partnerships. Stephen has spent more than 20 years across nearly every corner of the insurance ecosystem. His experience spans carriers, reinsurers, distribution, consulting, venture, and startups. Through Tetra G, Stephen works with carriers, reinsurers, distributors, founders, and investors. His projects cover growth strategy, partnership development, and fundraising support. He also advises on market expansion, product commercialization, and executive talent. His advisory portfolio includes ProNavigator, acquired by Guidewire, and Leopard, acquired by Coventry.
Before founding Tetra G, Stephen was Vice President and Client Experience Lead at RGAX. RGAX was the innovation and venture arm of the reinsurer RGA. He led business development across the US, Canada, and Latin America. He worked with executives from more than 75 insurance carriers on transformation and growth.
Stephen also spent nearly six years at Prudential plc in international leadership roles. He worked across Ireland, Poland, the UK, and Malaysia. He helped launch an insurance carrier in Poland that became a top-five player in that market. Earlier, he worked in annuity wholesaling and as a financial advisor.
Stephen holds a BS in Business Management and Entrepreneurship from the University of Arizona.
