Shahin Hatamian is the Senior Vice President of Product Management at Storable. Storable is a software platform serving the self-storage, RV, and marine industries. Shahin directs platform product strategy and shared services across the company. His work spans AI, analytics, payments, insurance, and web solutions. He is leading the company’s shift to an AI-native architecture. He brings more than two decades of product leadership in enterprise software. Shahin spoke at a past InsurTechNY event.
Shahin spent more than 12 years at Mitchell International. He served as Senior Vice President of Product Management. Mitchell is a major P&C insurance software provider. There he led product strategy for casualty payment integrity, bill review, and claims automation. He grew a business unit tenfold over a decade. He also converged eight legacy product lines onto a modern cloud platform. He led six acquisitions during his time there.
More recently, Shahin was Chief Product Officer at ECI Software Solutions. He directed global product strategy for the ERP software provider. He led a 60-person product organization spanning analytics, AI, and design. He also advised private equity firms on technical due diligence in the insurtech and SaaS sectors.
Shahin holds an MBA in Marketing and Strategy from UC Irvine, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude. He also earned BS and MS degrees in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Rutgers University.
