Seth Zaremba is the Founder and CEO of B Atomic. B Atomic builds Neon, an operating system for independent insurance agencies. The platform unifies disconnected agency systems and automates routine work. It helps agencies own their data and see across their entire operation. Seth leads the company’s strategy, vision, and product direction. He has spent his career at the intersection of insurance, technology, and transformation. Seth Zaremba delivered a TED-style talk at the 2025 InsurTech Spring Conference, titled “Agency Transaction is the New Currency.”
Seth is also a working agency owner. He has led Zinc Insurance, a full-service property and casualty agency, since 2008. That agency serves business owners and executives. This dual role sets him apart in insurtech. He builds technology for independent agents while running an agency himself. He has lived the problems his product solves.
Seth’s mission is to give independent agencies enterprise-grade tools. He believes agents deserve modern technology, not hand-me-down systems. He has partnered with carriers and technology vendors to create more transparent, data-driven collaboration. He also served for a decade on the board of the Ohio Insurance Association.
