Rose Hall is the CEO and Founder of RH Business Ventures. RH Business Ventures is an advisory firm that blends technology with risk management. Rose works at the intersection of risk, technology, and construction. She helps founders, insurers, brokers, and corporates adopt risk-reducing solutions. Her focus is business model innovation that turns risk into strategic advantage. She is a licensed civil engineer turned insurance innovation leader. Rose spoke at a past InsurTechNY event.
Rose also serves as an Executive Advisor to Parameter Risk Solutions. That company builds WeatherDay, a parametric weather insurance product for commercial construction. She leads its construction market development and commercialization strategy.
Before her advisory work, Rose spent more than nine years at AXA XL. She rose to Senior Vice President and Head of Innovation for the Americas. There she scaled business ecosystems, technology, and new insurance solutions across all commercial lines. She co-founded the award-winning AXA XL Ecosystem, which merged insurance with risk-reducing technology. That work earned innovation awards from Business Insurance, Celent, and Accenture.
Rose built her AXA XL career in construction risk. She began as a construction risk engineer, specializing in subcontractor default insurance. She later led construction innovation and risk engineering strategy. She has personally reviewed and evaluated more than 1,000 technology solutions.
Rose holds an MS in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Stanford University. She also earned a BS in Civil Engineering from Rutgers University. She has completed executive certificates from Harvard Business School Online, including one in disruptive strategy.
