Oran Singer

Oran Singer is a multidisciplinary entrepreneur focused on health, impact, and humanitarian ventures. At the time of his InsurTech NY appearance, he was the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Futura Genetics. Futura Genetics built a genomic bioinformatics and AI platform for digital health. Its focus was preventive care and risk reduction for the life insurance ecosystem. The company worked with top-10 global reinsurers and with Illumina. Oran Singer pitched Futura Genetics as a finalist in the Global Early-Stage Startup Competition at the 2023 InsurTech Spring Conference.

Oran has a strong track record directing product strategy and technology innovation. He co-founded Futura Genetics and led its technology. His work brought genomics and machine learning to preventive health and life insurance underwriting.

Today, Oran serves as Head of Health Organization Innovation at HealthIL. There he leads national-level healthcare innovation initiatives. He also cultivates a global network of partners and funding opportunities. Earlier, he was Head of Digital Health at Beilinson, part of Rabin Medical Center.

Oran is also a humanitarian leader. He co-founded and leads Corridor, an Israeli aid initiative for Ukraine. That work provides short and long-term humanitarian aid through governments, medical organizations, and airlines. He has also advised a national agriculture development fund.

Oran studied at Tel Aviv University. His background spans mathematics and computer science, computational neuroscience, and the arts.
