Before Sertis, Mark served as a Senior Advisor and founding team member at InRev, a company reimagining surety and construction insurance. He also founded Zephyr Innovation Advisors, providing strategic guidance to startups, incumbents, and investors across MGA formation, embedded distribution, and digital transformation.
Mark’s prior leadership roles include Senior Director of Open Innovation at Markel, where he led startup investments and digital strategy, and Program Development Director at AIG, where he oversaw digital transformation and program onboarding.
