Margeaux “Margo” Giles is the CEO of IRYS, an InsurTech platform modernizing agency workflows and bridging the growing gap between insurance talent and technology. A former brokerage operator turned serial entrepreneur, Margeaux brings a deep, practical understanding of both sides of the distribution equation—people and platforms.
She currently serves as Technology Council Chair for the Insurance Agency Owners Alliance (IAOA), where she helps guide over 9,000 agency owners on navigating tech trends. She also holds leadership roles with APIW and the University of Connecticut’s Fintech Advisory Board, and is a recognized Forbes Technology Council contributor.
