Laura Dinan Haber is the Assistant Vice President of Innovation at Nassau Financial Group. Nassau is an insurance and annuity company known for its innovation program. Laura leads enterprise innovation at the intersection of AI, ecosystem strategy, and execution. She owns the strategy and execution of Nassau Reimagine, including a $10 million startup capital commitment. Her focus is turning early-stage ideas into operational outcomes. Laura has spent seven years at Nassau Financial Group. She began as Innovation Program Manager and later served as Innovation Brand Director. She was promoted to AVP of Innovation in 2026. She leads enterprise AI adoption, capital deployment, and ecosystem strategy. Nassau Reimagine has supported more than 100 startups across insurtech, fintech, and Retiretech.
Laura is also a well-known voice in the innovation community. She co-hosts the Re/Imagine and Prime Life podcasts. She secured a registered trademark for the term Retiretech. She is active across industry groups, including the LIMRA LOMA AI Industry Group.
Laura is deeply engaged in her local community. She organizes TEDxHartford and serves on several nonprofit boards. She earned a BSBA in Marketing from the University of Hartford, graduating Summa Cum Laude.
