Before joining Luzern in 2025, Joseph spent nearly a decade at Bridgewater Associates, one of the world’s largest hedge funds. There, he led investment writing and digital content for Bridgewater’s flagship publication, Daily Observations, and held roles across client transformation, human capital, and technology strategy. His early career began in the classroom — first as a writing instructor at Columbia University, then as a 5th-grade teacher with Teach For America.
