Freeflow

Jason Christiansen is the Co-Founder and CEO of Freeflow, a startup on a mission to make AI agents accessible and effective for P&C insurance professionals. With over a decade of experience spanning InsurTech, finance, and AI, Jason is recognized for his ability to blend cutting-edge technology with practical insurance workflows—making him a driving force in the next generation of insurance innovation.

Prior to Freeflow, Jason served as General Manager of Insurance at Credible, where he led insurance operations after the company’s acquisition of Young Alfred, an embedded insurance marketplace he co-founded and scaled. Under Jason’s leadership, Young Alfred became known for simplifying access to home insurance through data-driven distribution partnerships with top digital platforms.

Before stepping into InsurTech, Jason spent years in the capital markets as an ETF market maker. He held senior trading roles at both Ronin Capital and DRW Trading, where he specialized in pricing, risk modeling, and managing international ETF portfolios. His time on the trading floor helped shape his disciplined, analytics-first approach to company-building.

Jason holds an MBA in Entrepreneurial Management and Finance from The Wharton School, where he refined his passion for scalable innovation. He also earned a BS in Engineering from Harvey Mudd College, giving him a rare combination of technical fluency and business acumen.

At InsurTech NY’s Match Education Day, Jason Christiansen will speak on the panel “Going Through an Acquisition,” drawing from his firsthand experience navigating the successful sale of Young Alfred and now scaling a new venture in one of the most dynamic areas of insurance technology.
