With a comprehensive background in insurance technology transformation, Dheeraj is responsible for overseeing the technology platforms that support Life Insurance and Annuities, including Policy Administration, Product Development, Claims Management, and Agency/Commissions systems. His leadership ensures that these mission-critical systems are both robust and aligned with dynamic business needs.

In his role at Knights of Columbus, Dheeraj champions legacy system modernization, driving initiatives that enhance digital agility, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen customer experiences. He is a strong advocate for Agile adoption and has successfully embedded a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across technology teams. By implementing a global delivery model, Dheeraj has also fostered effective cross-geographic collaboration, enabling seamless execution of strategic technology programs.

Before joining Knights of Columbus in February 2021, Dheeraj served as Senior Principal and Solutions Leader in Insurance Data/Analytics Advisory at DXC Technology, where he guided enterprise clients through data-driven digital transformations. Prior to that, he worked as an Independent Consultant and held key technology leadership roles at AIG, focusing on data analytics, application delivery, and insurance operations.

Dheeraj holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) from SGSITS Indore, grounding his extensive industry experience with a strong technical foundation. His expertise spans enterprise architecture, solution architecture, project management, and data warehousing, making him a sought-after voice in discussions on technology strategy, digital transformation, and the future of insurance core systems.
