Chris Boedeker is the Vice President of Claims Consultancy at Reserv, a modern third-party administrator (TPA) transforming the claims experience through AI-driven workflows and digital infrastructure. With more than 25 years of experience in the insurance and insurtech ecosystem, Chris has become a leading authority on claims operations, TPA partnerships, and the intersection of innovation and execution.
Chris joined Reserv in 2023 as an advisor and transitioned into his current leadership role in 2024, where he now helps clients optimize claims outcomes, navigate complex vendor relationships, and secure high-performance TPA agreements. His deep operational knowledge and customer-first approach have made him a trusted advisor to startups, carriers, and digital MGAs alike.
Prior to Reserv, Chris held senior claims leadership roles at some of the most transformative organizations in insurance and mobility, including Head of Claims at both Uber and Waymo. He also served as SVP of the Sharing Economy practice at Marsh McLennan and OneBeacon, where he helped shape risk strategies for gig and platform-based business models. Earlier in his career, Chris built foundational expertise at companies such as Esurance, Mercury Insurance, and CSE, holding titles from Property Claims Supervisor to Regional Manager.
Chris Boedeker currently advises several insurtech companies—including Koop Insurance and SigmaSight—sharing his strategic insights on scaling claims operations in dynamic regulatory environments. He is known for mentoring high-growth companies through the complexities of TPA contracting, process improvement, and customer experience design.
He holds a B.A. in History and Political Science from Indiana University Bloomington.
