Brittany Lee

SCOR

Brittany Lee is Vice President, Marketing Actuary, Partnership Development at SCOR, one of the world’s largest reinsurance groups. An actuary by training, Brittany works in SCOR’s US Partnerships team. She focuses on partnership development and product innovation across life reinsurance. She helps design and price solutions that support SCOR’s partners and clients. Brittany spoke at our 2025 InsurTech Spring Conference on “Being a Responsible ESG Player,” alongside Melissa Collett, Dominique Roudaut, and Jun Yamada.

Brittany Lee has spent several years at SCOR, advancing through a series of actuarial roles. She began as a Senior Actuary in product development for US Partnerships. She then served as Director and later AVP of Actuary for Partnership Development. In her current role, Brittany leads marketing actuary and partnership development work.

Before SCOR, Brittany worked as an actuary in pricing and technology at Haven Life, the digital life insurance venture. Earlier, she was an Actuarial Associate in investment management at MassMutual. Those roles built her foundation across pricing, product, and investment work. Brittany also serves the broader profession through the Society of Actuaries.

Brittany Lee holds a Bachelor of Mathematics in Actuarial Science, with a finance option, from the University of Waterloo. She is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and a Chartered Enterprise Risk Analyst. For an insurtech audience, Brittany brings an actuary’s perspective on life reinsurance, partnership development, product innovation, ESG in insurance, and building new insurance solutions.
