Blair Baldwin is Head of Partnerships and Special Projects at Branch, a technology-driven home and auto insurance company. At Branch, Blair leads high-priority growth initiatives that cut across teams. His work includes new go-to-market strategies, partner pilots, and new opportunities in data and AI. Blair Baldwin is a repeat insurtech founder with more than a decade of experience building insurance companies. He is also Cofounder and CEO of Boundless Rider, a motorcycle and powersports insurance company he launched in 2021. There, he developed the concept, recruited the team, raised the capital, and brought an AI-powered insurance product to market. Boundless Rider uses app-based data to improve rider safety and lower premiums.

Earlier, Blair led the Boston studio at Haven Life, overseeing a 40-person product innovation team. He also founded AgeUp, a digital annuity product aimed at longevity risk, issued by MassMutual. Before that, Blair was Cofounder and CEO of Quilt, an insurance startup acquired by MassMutual’s Haven Life. Earlier still, he served as Chief Marketing Officer at Goji and Chief Product Officer at Dailybreak.

Blair Baldwin holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a degree from Harvard University. For an insurtech audience, Blair brings a serial founder’s perspective on insurance product innovation, digital distribution, go-to-market strategy, data and AI, and building new insurance companies from the ground up.
