As CEO, Aman oversees product strategy, innovation, and company growth, guiding FurtherAI from its inception in November 2023 through rapid expansion and market adoption. His leadership is centered on delivering domain-specific AI solutions that bridge legacy systems and modern workflows, enabling insurance professionals to move beyond manual tasks and focus on high-value decision-making.
Before founding FurtherAI, Aman established himself as a seasoned technology entrepreneur and product leader. He co-founded TurboHire, where he served as President & Chief Revenue Officer and earlier as Chief Product & Strategy Officer, scaling the company’s go-to-market operations and leading product innovation efforts that enhanced enterprise talent-decision workflows.
Aman’s background also includes experience as a Product Manager at Microsoft, where he contributed to product development and initiatives supporting training platforms and digital inclusion projects, and roles across product and engineering disciplines. He also served as a Visiting Research Scholar at TU Braunschweig, contributing to computational research.
Aman earned a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay and has participated in Y Combinator, reflecting his commitment to leveraging technology innovation to solve real-world challenges.
