She currently serves as Managing Director of Customer Experience at the Workers’ Compensation Insurance Rating Bureau of California (WCIRB), where she leads enterprise-wide initiatives across outreach, marketing, education, and customer engagement. Alicia and her team work to deliver a seamless, insight-driven experience that connects the industry with vital resources and data.
Prior to WCIRB, Alicia held leadership roles across the commercial insurance and InsurTech landscape. At TrustLayer, she helped launch and scale a digital proof-of-insurance platform, driving go-to-market strategy and building strategic alliances across carriers and regulators. During her tenure at AIG, she managed large enterprise accounts across sectors such as tech, energy, and education, advising CFOs and risk managers on complex global insurance portfolios spanning over 30 countries.
