Aviva is launching a home insurance quoting app on ChatGPT, allowing customers to receive an initial quote for its Signature Home Insurance product within “minutes.” The app, developed as part of Aviva’s partnership with OpenAI, will be available through the ChatGPT app store and will guide users through a short set of questions before generating a quote. FlexTech is designed to make it easier for affinity groups to embed protection products directly into their loan applications and other customer-facing digital experiences.
