About the Debate
Can AI move beyond helping customers compare insurance and actually advise on or bind coverage? And who should set the rules?
Two speakers will take opposing sides of one resolution. Across several rounds, they will test what AI could change for insurance distribution, where oversight belongs, and what carriers and brokers would need to trust AI in customer advice and binding decisions.

The United States Federal Government should preempt states from restricting artificial intelligence from advising on or binding insurance.
