Most business transactions and risk management process have yet to move into the digital world.
To overcome the hurdles of adoption, building owners and property managers need to understand how technology can improve their property economics. Additionally, risk managers need to make the case that technology can simplify their lives and reduce risk.
The featured panel represents building owners that have over $1 billion in assets under management including high rises in NYC and Chicago. They will be sharing how they have overcome the hurdles to adopt new technology to reduce risk.

Courtney is the VP of Risk Management and Insurance at El Ad Group, a multi-billion dollar Real Estate Holding company. Prior to El Ad, Courtney has served risk and insurance roles at Crawford & Company, Arthur J. Gallagher, and Starwood Capital Group. In addition, Courtney has been named a 2019 Woman to Watch by Business Insurance.
Zach West – CTO of Third Millennium Group
Technologist with experience implementing new technology over 1 million square feet of buildings. Previously Zach led teams responsible for international tech implementations at PwC for the Fortune 500.
John Fohr – CEO of TrustLayer
John is the CEO of TrustLayer. TrustLayer’s Proof of Coverage Corda application is the Winner of R3’s CordaCon InsurTech competitions. Prior to TrustLayer, John held various roles in private equity and investment space.
Paul Gaglioti – CEO of Harbor.ai
A Certified Insurance Counselor who was recognized as a Difference Maker by The National Alliance for Insurance Education in 2020. Gaglioti has also been named by IBA as a Top Producer in 2017 and 2018 and a Top Specialist Broker in 2020.
