Martha Dreiling is the Co-Founder and President of Reserv. Reserv is an insurtech company modernizing claims through technology and AI. Martha co-founded the company and leads its operations and growth. She has deep experience scaling operations at insurtech and fintech companies. She is an operator known for building and running complex businesses. Martha spoke at a past InsurTechNY event.
Martha co-founded Reserv in 2022. She served as Chief Operating Officer before becoming President in 2025. Her focus is building the operations behind a modern claims organization. That work draws on years of scaling insurtech and fintech businesses.
Before Reserv, Martha was SVP of Operations at Rhino, an insurtech focused on security deposits. Earlier, she was VP and Head of Analytics and Corporate Operations at Attune. Attune brought data and modern technology to the small commercial insurance market. It was backed by Two Sigma, AIG, and Hamilton Reinsurance.
Martha spent more than eight years at OnDeck, a small business lending company. She rose from collections manager to Senior Vice President and Head of Operations. That long tenure gave her a deep foundation in operations, portfolio management, and scaling teams.
Martha earned an MBA from Shenandoah University. She also studied political science and communications at Wichita State University.
