Tyler Lawrence is a highly experienced Regional Director at WoodmenLife, a respected non-profit insurance organization dedicated to uniting hardworking Americans to secure their financial futures while making a meaningful difference in their communities. With nearly 13 years of tenure at WoodmenLife, Tyler has built a strong track record of leadership, growth, and community engagement across multiple regions.

In his current role as Regional Director of the Pacific and Midwest Regions, Tyler Lawrence oversees WoodmenLife’s operations across a broad footprint covering 17 states — from Hawaii and California to the heart of the Midwest. In this capacity, he leads strategic initiatives and supports sales and recruiting efforts to deliver tailored life insurance and financial solutions that reflect the unique needs of families and individuals throughout his region. Prior to this role, Tyler served as a sales representative and recruiting and sales manager in Virginia and California, experiences that strengthened his deep understanding of the insurance industry and WoodmenLife’s mission.

A passionate advocate for service and volunteerism, Tyler is actively involved with several nonprofit and community organizations. He contributes his time and leadership to the Greater Omaha Chamber’s Volunteer Presidents Club, where he achieved Chairman’s Circle status for 2024, and supports the Boys and Girls Club of the Midlands, particularly their Youth of the Year programs. Tyler also works with the Aksarben Foundation Floor Committee, Casa De La Cultura, United Way of the Midlands, Open Door Mission, Food Bank for the Heartland, and Habitat for Humanity. His dedication to community involvement reflects WoodmenLife’s core values of family, community, and country.

Tyler’s leadership philosophy is shaped by the guidance of mentors and personal experience, emphasizing priorities of faith, family, and service. Outside of his professional achievements, he values connection and conversation, welcoming coffee meetings to discuss financial planning and community impact.
