Leadership

Scott Eck is the Founder and CEO of Leadership Masters, a global leader in experiential leadership development. Since 1987, Scott has worked with over 100 Fortune 500 companies, governments, and institutions to deliver high-impact, emotionally resonant leadership programs that drive real behavior change. His signature approach—rooted in the psychodramatic effect—blends experiential learning, theatrical storytelling, and immersive role-play to create some of the most memorable and transformative leadership workshops in the industry.

Scott began his career under the mentorship of Jack Welch at GE’s famed Crotonville leadership center, where he pioneered interactive training methods now standard in executive education. Since then, he has gone on to design award-winning programs for clients including Boeing, Deloitte, AstraZeneca, General Mills, 3M, AT&T, and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. His workshops—such as The Shackleton Experience, The Churchill Chronicles, and Beyond Boundaries—are known for sparking insight, inspiration, and personal transformation.

Beyond the corporate world, Scott has developed programming for human rights organizations and government agencies in both the U.S. and abroad. His work focuses not only on building leadership skills but also on elevating emotional intelligence, communication, team dynamics, and ethical decision-making.

Scott’s company, Leadership Masters, is widely recognized as a pioneer in non-traditional leadership development, offering custom-built modules tailored to each organization’s unique challenges. From the executive suite to frontline teams, his programs are designed to raise awareness, unlock potential, and create lasting impact.

Scott Eck will be leading an interactive workshop at InsurTech NY’s Match Education Day, where he’ll guide participants through a high-energy session designed to help them uncover their authentic leadership voice and build presence in high-stakes environments.
